“The highest rating here is truly insufficient for how amazing Kim is. We could not be in our home today without her guidance and help through this transaction. She handled things with tact and was simply amazing through the entire process. I cannot believe, still, with how busy she must be, how we constantly felt like her only clients. She was present at every inspection, negotiated in a market where we already weren't the highest offer (what?!), gave us reminders along the process and was just generally literally the most amazing person ever to have on our team The market in Hawaii is tough, and it was disheartening to see homes go to flippers while we looked for a family home, but Kim helped us through every single hurdle and we found miraculously, the perfect home for us in the perfect location. She even helped us get a credit in this crazy market, which we were simply... Nervous. But, this entire transaction, with a great seller was treated with respect by the agents. Kim is amazing. This scale is not representative of just how amazing she is. There needs to be an infinite stars option. Having recently moved to the mainland, Kim handled all aspects of the sale of our property, from suggesting improvements on the home to increase the sale value, to connecting us with reliable contractors who did the home improvements. Having to work from the mainland, Kim handled all the contacts and work with the the home improvement contractors. She met with each contractor, helped us negotiate the price, met the contract at our property to see that the work was done in a professional manner, and completed on time. Kim was there to guide us and help us with any and all unexpected issues that arose during the sale of the property. As the seller, we did little to no work, as everything was left in the capable hands of Kim B. Kim handled the contract negotiations with all potential buyers, allowing us to settle on the most competent buyer at the best price. During escrow, Kim kept us abreast of events as they happened in real time, and worked with both sellers and buyers, escrow, financing, legal matters, etc to insure that all parties and demands were met and satisfied upon closing. “Kim not only handled all the transactions efficiently, she had such good judgment about the potential buyers. Her experience in understanding the personalities of the bidders on my home paved the way for choosing just the right one. Then she gave me and my buyer advice and coaching throughout the transaction on how to handle several concerns on both sides. At the conclusion of the sale both the buyer and I were happy with everything we negotiated. When I would call, text, or email her I almost always got an immediate reply unless she was on the road. She checked in with me regularly if I had not been in touch with her. She had good contacts with contractors to do repairs and for re-carpeting of my house prior to putting it on sale. I was pleased with the price and quality of that work. She also got advice from an attorney associated with her firm to help me with my transition to a new house. Kim is not only a competent, experienced realtor, but she is friendly and personable. She understands how to work with people and negotiate reasonably and effectively. I have nothing but high praise for how Kim handled every aspect of my sale.”
